Our Impact

Tlhatlogang Secondary

Madam Pres

Having to watch Black Panther has encouraged me to be myself and to be proud of being African, the movie tells a black child’s story that I could relate to and I believe through that I was able to embrace who I am and be proud of by roots.

To Itu and the Sphere community, what you’ve done for me today is beyond what I expected. I’m so grateful we crossed each other’s path…. The investments and inputs made today will direct us and gives us sense of purpose.

The donation that happened at our school is commendable. We are fortunate as Thlatlogang learners to be shown such kindness. As learners from disadvantaged backgrounds, we are really grateful and will utilise the facilities efficiently.

Our strong belief in the principles of broad based empowerment means that approximately 6% of the shares in Sphere are held by charitable organisations. Over the years, more than five million worthy beneficiaries in nine provinces across South Africa have benefited from various initiatives and our track record of delivery.
